Troubleshooting Missing Responsibilities

• Is the responsibility something Pending would be confident about? If the message left room for doubt, it may be waiting as a Possible Responsibility for you to review.
• Has it been added under a different state? An item with a future date may appear under Tomorrow, and something on hold may be Snoozed.
• Was the responsibility completed in the conversation? Items Pending closed out end up in Handled.

If a connected source has stopped syncing, new communication cannot reach Pending. Check that the source still shows as connected in your settings, and reconnect it if it does not. Disconnecting and reconnecting a source re-establishes access without affecting your existing responsibilities.

New communication may take some time to appear in Pending. If something hasn’t appeared yet, you can check for new responsibilities using the refresh control at the top of your Daily Brief.

If a responsibility has been missing for more than a few hours, or a connection keeps dropping even after reconnecting, contact support and describe what you expected to see and when. That context makes it much faster to find what happened.
